Privacy
This page describes how the Strawberry Runners website uses information.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics 4 helps us understand visits to the public site. Analytics loads only after you accept it. When enabled, it uses cookies and sends Google public page visits and browser and device information. Requests also expose your IP address to Google. We do not send signup details, editor account information, URL query strings, or sign-in and dashboard pageviews to analytics. Advertising features are disabled.
Accepting or rejecting analytics does not affect access to the site or mailing signup. We save your choice in this browser for this site address. You can revisit it below. Rejecting after accepting stops further collection and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site; the page may reload. It does not delete information already sent to Google. Clearing browser storage resets your choice.
Mailing list
When you join the mailing list, we store your email address, signup source, and signup timestamps in our Cloudflare D1 database for band updates. Signup information is separate from analytics. The current signup form stores your request; it does not itself send an email or connect to a mailing provider.
Editor sign-in
Approved editors sign in with Google. Google handles that sign-in, and our service verifies the identity response. We store the editor's Google account identifier, email address, name, and session records in D1 to control dashboard access. This sign-in is separate from optional analytics.
Hosting and other services
Cloudflare hosts the site, database, and media. Requests include network and browser information needed to serve the site. Our signup and sign-in abuse controls store hashed IP-based identifiers and temporary request counts. Links to music, video, ticketing, and social services take you to services with their own privacy practices.
For questions about information you have submitted, contact the band through its official profiles linked from the home page.
